About DexVee

We built DexVee to run our own business first

DexVee is developed by eNeoteric Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., an IT infrastructure, networking and managed-services company operating across multiple Indian cities and Singapore. We didn’t start by building software to sell — we started by needing a system that could run a multi-branch, field-service-heavy, contract-driven business, and couldn’t find one that fit.

Why this exists

Running an IT services and managed infrastructure business means juggling sales pipelines, dispatched field engineers, GST-compliant invoicing across multiple state registrations, support tickets tied to specific installed equipment, and HR processes for a distributed team — often all in the same week, for the same customer. We tried the standard toolkit: a CRM here, a helpdesk there, spreadsheets bridging the gaps. It worked, barely, and only because people compensated for the tools with manual effort.

DexVee started as the internal system that finally connected those pieces — a deal that becomes a work order that becomes an invoice, without anyone re-typing the same customer details three times. Once it was solving our own operational pain reliably, it became clear other businesses running similar operations — field service, distribution, professional services, IT infrastructure — were fighting the exact same disconnected-tools problem.

That’s the honest origin story: DexVee is opinionated about how CRM, Field Service, Finance, Helpdesk, HR and Inventory should connect, because those opinions were tested against a real, operating business before anyone else ever used them.

What we believe

The principles behind how DexVee is built

Built from real operations, not a spec sheet

Every module exists because our own operating business needed it — dispatch, GST-compliant billing, SLA-driven support — not because a feature list said we should build it.

One platform, not integrated silos

CRM, Field Service, Finance, Helpdesk, HR and Inventory share the same data model by design, so a deal, a ticket and an invoice are never three disconnected records about the same customer.

Security and compliance by default

Role-based access, encrypted credentials, HSTS/CSP and India GST/PAN support aren’t an add-on tier — they’re how the platform is built from the ground up.

Implementation that actually finishes

A rollout isn’t done when the software is switched on — it’s done when your team is trained, your data has migrated, and you’ve stopped needing the old spreadsheet.

The company behind DexVee

eNeoteric Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. operates offices in Bengaluru (registered office), Lucknow, Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai, with an affiliated entity in Singapore. The company’s core business is IT infrastructure, networking, wireless network surveys, security services and managed support — the same kind of operations-heavy, multi-site, contract-driven work DexVee is built to run.

DexVee remains actively developed by the same team that operates on it day to day — feature requests don’t come from a roadmap workshop, they come from what the operating business actually needs next.

See how the platform is built

A cloud ERP built for how Indian SMEs actually operate

Search for the best ERP software in India and you’ll find dozens of options built for enterprises with dedicated IT teams and six-figure implementation budgets. DexVee is not that. It’s cloud ERP software built in India, for the mid-market and SME businesses that need CRM, Field Service, Finance, Helpdesk, HR and Inventory to work together from day one — not bolted together after three separate software purchases.

As ERP software for SMEs in India, DexVee runs entirely in the browser: no on-premise servers, no per-module licensing calls, no six-month implementation timeline before you see value. It’s also a service management ERP for India’s contract-driven, field-service-heavy businesses — dispatch, GST-compliant invoicing and SLA-tracked support live in the same record, not three disconnected systems a team has to keep manually in sync.

If you’re comparing cloud ERP options for an Indian business, the honest starting point is what you already use today — spreadsheets, a basic CRM, a separate invoicing tool — and how much manual re-entry happens between them. That’s the gap DexVee was built to close, not a spec-sheet feature race against enterprise ERP vendors solving a different budget and a different problem.
