Built to be trusted with the operational core of your business
DexVee runs the CRM records, financial documents and operational data a business depends on daily — so multi-tenant isolation, role-based access and security posture aren’t features on a comparison chart, they’re the foundation everything else is built on.
Multi-organisation architecture
Run multiple organisations from a single login, each with fully isolated data. Switch workspaces instantly without signing out — useful for holding companies, franchises, or teams managing multiple brands. Available on the Enterprise plan.
Role-based access control
Every user, module and record respects a configurable role hierarchy — a field engineer, a finance controller and an org admin each see exactly what their role permits, nothing more.
Security by default
HSTS and a strict Content-Security-Policy are enforced platform-wide, credentials are encrypted at rest, and CSRF protection and rate limiting are configurable, not optional extras you have to remember to switch on.
Audit logging
Sensitive actions are recorded to a tenant-scoped audit log with role-gated access, so administrators can answer "who changed this, and when" without digging through database records.
Offline-capable mobile apps
The Android and iOS apps queue actions locally when connectivity drops — common for engineers in basements, remote sites or patchy coverage — and sync automatically the moment the device reconnects.
Real-time notifications
Ticket assignments, work order dispatch and approval requests push instantly to web and mobile, so teams find out about what matters as it happens, not on their next login.
One data model, every module
CRM, Field Service, Finance, Helpdesk, HR and Inventory read and write the same underlying records — an account, a contract, a ticket — instead of syncing copies across separate systems.
API & integration ready
A documented API and webhook events let DexVee connect to the other tools your business depends on, so adopting DexVee doesn’t mean ripping out everything else on day one.
Platform reach
Web, Android and iOS — one platform, three surfaces
Office-based teams — finance, dispatch, admin — work from the full-featured web app. Field engineers, sales reps and anyone who’s rarely at a desk work from the native Android and iOS apps, which mirror the same data and permissions as the web app in real time.
There’s no separate "lite" mobile experience with reduced functionality — the mobile apps are built for people doing real work away from a desk: dispatch, service reports, leave requests, expense claims and approvals, all available offline when needed.
Reliability
DexVee is deployed on infrastructure designed for continuous availability, with automated health monitoring and a rollback path built into every release process — a bad deploy is caught and reverted in seconds, not hours.
Frequently asked questions
Yes — DexVee is built multi-tenant from the ground up. Every data-access layer enforces organisation-scoping so one organisation can never read or write another’s records, regardless of which module is being used.
The mobile app queues actions (service report submissions, status updates, form entries) locally and retries automatically once connectivity returns — work isn’t lost, and the user doesn’t need to manually resend anything.
Yes — GST calculation (CGST/SGST/IGST) across multiple state registrations, PAN capture, and GST-compliant invoice formatting are built into the Finance module, not handled as a regional add-on.
Yes, access control is role- and organisation-scoped throughout the platform — configurable per organisation rather than a single fixed permission set for every customer.
Yes — an audit log records sensitive actions with tenant scoping and role-gated visibility, so only authorised administrators can review who changed what and when.
