Do the prices include GST? Will I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Every listed price includes 18% GST, and checkout charges exactly the listed price — nothing is added at payment. Each module card shows the taxable value and the GST portion separately. Every payment gets a GST tax invoice automatically — add your GSTIN in Settings › Subscriptions to claim input tax credit, and download the invoice from your orders.

Can I mix and match modules?

Yes. Each module is priced on its own, so you subscribe only to the modules your team actually uses and add more whenever you need them.

How do users and seats work?

You pay per user, per module. A user only needs a seat in the modules they work in — someone who only uses Helpdesk doesn’t need a CRM seat. Accounts & Contacts, Documents, Reports & Dashboards and Users/Roles & Settings are free for everyone in your workspace.

What happens after the 14-day free trial?

Trialled modules pause until you subscribe — your data stays in place. The free Starter’s CRM + Helpdesk stay free for up to 5 users. No credit card is needed to start a trial.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing costs 10× the monthly price, so you get 2 months free compared with paying monthly for a year.

Does it renew automatically? How do I cancel?

Nothing renews automatically. Each month or year is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel — if you don't renew, the module simply pauses at the end of the period you paid for, and your data stays in place. Full refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Do you offer Enterprise plans?
