Campaigns built on your CRM, not on another exported mailing list
Email campaigns aimed at the CRM contacts your team already tags, with per-recipient tracking and automatic suppression — plus one calendar for the webinars and events worth attending.
The challenge
In most growing B2B companies, marketing lives one export away from the CRM. Someone downloads contacts to a spreadsheet, uploads them to a mailing tool, and everything that happens next — who bounced, who unsubscribed, who clicked — stays in that tool. The next export re-uploads the same people, including the ones who asked to stop hearing from you.
The risk isn’t only annoyed recipients. Bulk mail sent carelessly from the same domain as your invoices and login emails can drag that domain’s reputation down with it, and since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo expect bulk senders to offer one-click unsubscribe and keep complaint rates low. A spreadsheet-and-upload process has no memory of who should never be mailed again.
Events have the same scattering problem. Industry webinars, OEM partner sessions and conferences arrive as invitations in different people’s inboxes; registration deadlines pass unnoticed, two people register for the same session while a more relevant one is missed, and nobody can say afterwards who actually attended what.
How DexVee helps
Campaigns and events that sit next to your customer data
DexVee’s Marketing module works from the same CRM contacts and tags your sales team already maintains, remembers every bounce, complaint and unsubscribe across campaigns, and gives the team one shared calendar of the webinars and conferences on its radar.
Audiences from CRM tags
Choose up to 20 CRM tags and the campaign reaches every contact with an email address who carries all of them. The live recipient count updates as you pick, so you know the audience size before anything is queued.
Automatic suppression
Bounces, spam complaints and unsubscribes go onto a suppression list that every future campaign checks first, so an address that opted out stays out — even after it’s added to a new tag. Admins can review and edit the list.
One-click unsubscribe
Every email carries an unsubscribe link in the footer plus the one-click unsubscribe headers mailbox providers look for in bulk mail. The opt-out page asks for confirmation, so a link-scanning security filter can’t unsubscribe someone by accident.
Per-recipient tracking
Each recipient moves through queued, sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained or unsubscribed, and every campaign shows a breakdown by status. Click tracking only redirects to links written in the campaign itself.
Reputation guard rails
Campaigns go out from a dedicated marketing subdomain kept apart from your transactional mail, at a throttled rate per minute and under a rolling 24-hour cap per workspace, so one large send can’t burn the domain your invoices come from.
Webinar & conference calendar
Track the external webinars and conferences your team cares about — organiser, dates, registration link and deadline — and move each one from Upcoming to Registered to Attended or Skipped, in a calendar or list view.
What this looks like in practice
- A marketing lead builds an audience from the tags sales already uses and sees exactly how many contacts it will reach before a single email is queued.
- Someone who unsubscribed or bounced once is never mailed again by a later campaign, without anyone maintaining a separate do-not-mail spreadsheet.
- The team can see which industry webinars and conferences are coming up, who has registered, and which registration deadlines are close — in one calendar instead of five inboxes.
Frequently asked questions
Not yet. Any workspace can build audiences and draft campaigns, but sending needs a paid Marketing subscription (campaigns don’t go out during the free trial) and a sending domain verified for your workspace. Domain verification isn’t self-serve today: contact our team and we set up the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your marketing subdomain and enable sending. Until then, starting a campaign is refused with a clear message rather than sending from someone else’s domain.
CRM contacts that have an email address and carry every tag you selected, minus anyone on the suppression list and anyone already queued for that campaign. Campaigns go to contacts rather than raw leads, so your audience is people your team has already qualified into the CRM. There are no purchased-list or CSV-upload audiences.
Campaign content is HTML: write it, or paste it from the email design tool you already use, and DexVee adds the tracking and unsubscribe footer when each copy is sent. There is no drag-and-drop editor, template library, merge fields or A/B testing yet, so plan your design outside DexVee and use it for the audience, delivery and tracking side.
No. The webinar and conference calendar is for tracking events your team attends or wants to attend — registration links, deadlines and who has registered — not for hosting sessions or managing attendee sign-ups. Host your own webinars on your usual video platform and keep the details alongside your other events in DexVee.
