Delete Your DexVee Account

1. Open the DexVee app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE, enter your password and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Email info@dexvee.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “DexVee account deletion request”. Tell us the organisation you belong to. We confirm by email once it is done, within 30 days at the latest.

• Your name, email address, phone number and password are removed, and your account is deactivated immediately.
• Your notifications and push-notification tokens are deleted.
• Residual copies in our backups are purged on a rolling 90-day schedule.

• Work records you created for your organisation (CRM entries, helpdesk tickets, work orders) are kept in anonymised form so your organisation’s records stay intact. They are no longer linked to you.
• Call recordings and WhatsApp media follow the retention of the ticket or record they belong to. You can ask for a specific recording to be deleted by emailing info@dexvee.com.
